Follow Up Home Training Session

Our adolescent training is Puppy Training 17 to 32 weeks, for dogs of roughly four to seven and a half months. It combines one to one training at home, the online course and direct support, and what you get depends on the level you choose. Here is a summary of what is included:

1. One to one training sessions at home, sixty to ninety minutes each
2. One session on Bronze, two on Silver, four on Gold and eleven on Platinum
3. Access to our complete online puppy program from Silver up
4. Lifetime community access from Silver up, one month on Bronze
5. Personalised one to one support across community and phone from Silver up, community only on Bronze
6. Equipment if necessary
7. Lifetime access to the 5 Golden Rules

Meet and greets are completely free and there is no obligation to work with us after the meet and greet has taken place.

Developing a well behaved dog has 2 parts: dog psychology & dog training. We focus first on understanding your dog and getting them to choose to follow and listen to us. When dogs aren't making all the decisions, they calm down and relax, making them far more receptive to training. To do this, we don’t need to use force, fear or aggression. In fact the opposite. Whether dealing with barking, leash pulling, jumping, or aggression, these behaviours typically stem from dogs being too excited, reactive, and emotional. The key is getting them to turn to you and listen when it matters. Once they're calm and looking to you for guidance, you can effectively show them how to behave.
In short: before you train the dog, you need to win their mind.

Meet and greets are usually between 15 and 30 minutes

Yes. We teach management techniques and impulse control that work in confined spaces. The goal is calm passing regardless of path width.

Every level starts with a trainer in your own home, working on the behaviour that is actually happening. Your first session runs two hours and every session after runs sixty to ninety minutes.

• What is actually driving the behaviour, rather than the behaviour itself
• The Five Golden Rules, and how they change the way your house runs
• The specific problem you called us about, worked on where it actually happens
• Time outside on your own street or at your park if that is where it goes wrong
• A plan built around the hours you actually have, that you can start the same day

From Silver up you also get the online course, the Problem Library and direct support.

Recall training is part of our core programme. We use long-line training to build reliability before trusting off-leash freedom.
