How long are meet and greets?

What happens at a meet and greet?

Think of this as an opportunity to ask any questions you have. We will do the same and especially for group dog walking, will ask a number of questions about your dog's history. If you are looking for group dog walking services then please have any information about their behaviour, behaviour incidents or anything else prepared.

What are the main services you offer?

Our dog training runs in three stages and you pick the one that matches your dog's age.

  • 8 to 16 weeks: the Complete Puppy Program, which includes group puppy school
  • 16 to 32 weeks: adolescent training, for the stage where most owners feel they are losing the dog they had
  • 32 weeks and older: at home one to one behaviour training

Alongside the training we also offer pet sitting, dog walking, boarding and doggy daycare across Sydney.

Which areas of Sydney do you work in?

Our services are offered all across Sydney. We have clients in the:

  • Inner City / City Centre
  • Eastern Suburbs
  • Inner West
  • Lower North Shore
  • Upper North Shore
  • Northern Beaches
  • Hills District
  • Western Sydney
  • South Sydney / St George

Puppy School specifically runs within about 8km of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, across our five venues: Paddington, Zetland, Marrickville, Alexandria and Neutral Bay.

What is included in the Complete Puppy Program?

Our Puppy School and Puppy Program includes a four week group puppy school, one to one sessions in your own home, and an online course covering every element of puppy development from day one routines through to adolescent workshops, with breed specific support up to eight months old and community and phone support alongside it. There are four levels of support: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, so you can choose how involved you want us to be. For puppies too old to attend puppy school at enrolment, over 16 weeks, our Adolescent Program replaces the group school with an extra one to one session at every level.

Do you offer private adult dog training?

For adult dogs (32 weeks and older) we offer a completely 1:1 service that includes either one or two training sessions. These last between 2 and 2.5 hours and come with full online, phone and community support as well as dedicated behavioural guides.

Do I need to book a meet and greet for dog walking?

For solo dog walking you do not need to book a meet and greet. For group dog walking a meet and greet is mandatory.

Does your training use pain, fear, force or aggression?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you want a method like that I suggest you call the 1980s, go back there and never get a dog. We teach The 5 Golden Rules, a method based on positive action that reinforces your role as the leader in your dog's eyes.
