Our at home 1:1 training program is designed to create lasting change by understand the problem through your dog's eyes and making sure that they listen to you when it really matters - all in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Common issues we fix are:

What Is Expected Of You

Anybody that guarantees they can fix your dog in a day or 2 days is lying to you. Or they are using forceful techniques.

Dog behaviourism is not a magic bullet and not all owners are willing to accept they actually need to stick to a plan.

Our methods work, but there are some instances where you will be unlikely to see change (from our training or any others):

  • You cannot commit to being consistent
  • You are not the main person your dog interacts with (eg if your dog is in daycare 5 days a week)
  • Everyone in your home is not onboard. Everyone is responsible.

Can You Guarantee Results?

We use the 1:1:1 rule. That means we expect to see results in 1 day, 1 week and 1 month but we cannot guarantee results. NEITHER CAN ANYONE ELSE BTW..... As standard, we say that most dog's have a marked improvement in 30 days.

Does Your Training Use Fear, Force or Aggression?

ABSOLUTELY NOT. If you want a method like that I suggest you call the 1980's, go back there and never get a dog. We teach the dog calming code, a method based on positive reinforcement that reinforces your role as the leader in your dog's eyes.

Does Your Method Work?

How Many Sessions Does This Take?

95% of our clients require one session. In this session we give you the tools and techniques then provide 3 months of phone, email and video support (worth over $1,500). You may choose 2 sessions if:

a) You have a highly aggressive dog that I we are physically unable to handle

b) Learning style. Some people need an accountability partner. Don't be embarrassed, the most important thing is that we get results.

How Much Support Do I Get?

As standard, you receive 3 months support. This includes 1:1 phone & email support and access to The Online Dog Trainer. The Online Dog Trainer is valued at $3,000 and has helped over 100,000 dog owners to get their dog back on track. You receive 3 months as standard, with the ability to increase this for an additional 6 months on request.

How Will My Dog Respond?

Like people, all dogs are different. What really matter's is not your dog, but you. Some dog's can be more stubborn but ultimately if you engagement in calm and consistent action your Dog will get better. A better question, is how will you respond?

How Long Will This Take Every Day?

The first 4 rules we teach you involve not doing things, rather than the opposite. There are no time consuming brain games or 40 point plans. You don't do them and they don't work. Sorry. All in all, this should take no more than 10 extra minutes a day for the first week and then 5 minutes a day.

How Does The Training Work?

The training is broken down into two halves. The first is that we teach you the dog calming code in your own home with everyone there. The second half will be dealing with the specific issue you are facing and exactly what you need to do to fix it. You will receive working notes and links to help articles.

Who Is This Not For?

If you cannot commit to doing 5 minutes of work a day to help your dog, please look elsewhere. Lots of trainers and apps will tell you that you can solve your issue GUARANTEED in a certain number of days. Quick results can happen but that depends on YOU, NOT YOUR DOG. We tell people that this will take a month, if you can't do that then this is not for you.
