Think about your daily schedule - puppies need someone around for the first few months, or at least a solid plan for the times you're not. Think about your living situation, your finances, and whether anyone in your household is fully on board. A puppy is a 10 to 15 year commitment.

What's the hardest part of getting a puppy?

The first few weeks. Sleep disruption, toilet training accidents, constant supervision, and a puppy that can't be left alone yet - it's more demanding than most people expect.
