Our puppy program includes the following:

• 2 x 1:1 home training sessions (2 - 2.5 hours each) covering behavioural rules and specific areas of focus. We can do these sessions in your home or in the park/other areas where you struggle.
• Access Our Complete Puppy Program: Our full program contains 28 modules to give you the confidence that you can solve any problem with your puppy. From toileting issues, to breed specific challenges and week by week routines
• Access Our Behavioural And Breed Specific Courses: We identify the most common issues with breeds and how to solve them as well as 20+ other behavioural issues
• Lifetime Calming Code Access (Though Online Dog Trainer): Receive lifetime access to the Dog Calming Code as soon as you sign up for the course
• Phone, Chat and Group Chat Support Through The Community: All our programs comes with ongoing support through our online community. You can also get one-to-one phone and text support on some of our advanced programs

You've tried everything with your dog. The endless treats, brain games and a range of random youtube videos with trainers saying they have some magic bullet but Nothing sticks. You're not doing it wrong, you are just trying to fix the wrong thing. Your dog isn't broken.

Whether you’ve got a barking dog or a dog who pulls on the leash or a dog who jumps up or is becoming a little bit aggressive, the chances are they are getting far too excited, reactive and far too emotional at that point in time. The real trick I found is to get those dogs to turn to you, to listen to you when it really matters. So in a nutshell, before you start to “train the dog” you need to know how to “win their mind” The problem is that most trainers jump straight into commands and training your dog when they are overstimulated. The problem isn’t that you dog doesn’t know what to do, it’s that they are choosing not to listen.

No dog trainer or behaviourist can guarantee outcomes in a given timeframe unless they are willing to use unethical methods (eg shock collars etc). As a completely dog training organisation, we would never use these methods.

There are 4 important factors when it comes to training:

• Your ability to be consistent (the most important)
• Your personality
• Your dog's breed
• Your dog's background

We always tell our clients that if you follow our training, are patient and diligent you should see the 1/1/1 rule. That is gradual improvement in 1 day, 1 week and 1 month.

The adolescent program is a combination between our Adult Dog Training method and our online puppy program. For every owner, we teach the foundational behaviour rules that will help your dog to live a calm and happy life. Once we have covered that we move on to breed specific, behaviour specific and other focus areas that you need. At this age dogs commonly exhibit selective hearing, are struggling with recall during playtime and a host of other things.

Most people have been brainwashed into thinking that if your dog can do sit or paw, they are well behaved. But a well behaved dog is much more than that. Can you leave them at home without barking? Or meet dogs in the park without reacting? Do they Resource guard? Or can they be walked calmly on the leash?

Although a lot of owners think their dog will do this naturally, I can tell you for a fact that they cannot. There are more owners than ever before with dogs suffering from separation anxiety, that cannot be walked calmly or are reactive to everyone.

Our adolescent program teaches you everything you need to know about: dog psychology, dog behaviourism and dog training. We help you to set great foundations for your puppy and also how to identify common behavioural issues as they arise and know exactly what to do.

All our team members are required to pass AFP background checks before working with us as well as sitting and passing the Red Cross Pet First Aid Australia course. I trained under Dan Adbelnoor and graduate from the Dog Trainer Academy whilst also being a Certified Professional Pet Sitter (CPPS) from Pet Sitters International.

Yes. Excessive barking in apartments usually stems from separation anxiety or boredom. We address the root cause through structured independence training.

Absolutely. You can join the course at any time. There may be elements that you are unable to do but plenty of owners join later on and really value having us there to help.

Our course is divided up in to different age brackets to help you get the most out of what you are looking for

There are a few ages where certain things happen but other than that there are no limitations:

• Puppy School: Your dog must be 12/13 weeks old in order to start the puppy school. This is for safety
